Also add tests.

If -d 2 is used then use SO_REUSEADDR, necessary for the test suite as
we have to restart the proxy and otherwise we have to wait for the
timeout.


No differences found
Certificate verifying tlsproxy, prevents MITMs by (manipulated) CAs by verifying the server certificate.
